The NA870 supports dual LGA4189 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors based on the Ice Lake-SP architecture, with up to 40 cores and a thermal design power of up to 270W per processor. It is available with the Intel® C621A chipset as standard or the Intel® C627A chipset by project.
The NA870 provides 20 DDR4-3200 R-DIMM slots and supports up to 1,280GB of system memory, providing the capacity required for large-scale data processing, virtualization, and high-performance network workloads.
A single-processor configuration supports up to four optional NIC modules and a maximum of 34 LAN ports. A dual-processor configuration supports up to eight NIC modules and a maximum of 66 LAN ports, enabling flexible, high-density network deployment.
The NA870 includes two onboard Gigabit Ethernet ports and supports optional NIC modules with 1GbE, 10GbE, 25GbE, 40GbE, and 100GbE connectivity. Copper, fiber, and LAN bypass options are available depending on the selected module.
