The compact AMR controller, ROBOX300, is powered by 11th gen Intel® Core™ i5-1145G7E processor which has a TDP of only 15 W. To ensure smooth operation in demanding industrial environments, it features a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to +60 °C and supports a broad voltage input of 9 to 60 VDC with Smart Ignition Management function.

 

Pre-installed DigiHub for AMR

The ROBOX300 comes pre-installed with DigiHub for AMR, a ROS 2-based software platform that streamlines AMR development by integrating high-end hardware with advanced software capabilities. Built on Intel® Edge Insights for AMR, it includes specialized nodes for precise positioning, navigation, and seamless sensor communication, accelerating deployment. The ROBOX300 allows developers to focus on innovation, reducing costs, and accelerating time-to-market.

USB Power Management for Enhanced Reliability

The ROBOX300 is equipped with an advanced USB power management system that provides on/off control for all USB ports. This feature enables rapid recovery of malfunctioning USB devices without requiring a system reboot, ensuring continuous operation and minimizing downtime. By enhancing power stability and device management, the ROBOX300 optimizes performance for mission-critical applications.

Axiomtek AMR Builder Package

The ROBOX300 supports the Axiomtek AMR Builder Package to foster fast time-to-market and considerable cost savings. Leveraging Axiomtek's AMR Builder Package alongside DigiHub for AMR, sensor kits, and development support services, users can efficiently advance AMR development without being back to square one.

Designed for reliable operation in harsh environments, the ROBOX300 features a robust cable lock bracket that ensures secure and stable connectivity by preventing cable disconnection caused by strong vibrations.
